At first I was ignored as I wandered around, then a young man - newly hired - from the service department, asked if I needed any help. He was terrific. The man from whom I bought my new BMW (Torneau) M Power watch from in Parts was a "9." These two non-sales people made the whole experience very pleasant. The salesman with whom I spoke however, was way too non-assertive. I would have bought a car that day but he did not seem interested in putting out the effort.
